How to bulk change the shipping policy after listing on eBay?

Cause

If you listed on eBay with some shipping policy, but now want to change it in bulk to a different one, here is how to proceed. 

You can:

  1. Delist your items from eBay, choose a new Policy, and relist them.
  2. OR change it in bulk inside your eBay. 

Let’s take a closer look into each option.

Solution

1. Delist and relist

  1. Open your Channels tab.
  2. Click on eBay.
  3. Click on the Publish settings section.
  4. Select a new policy you wish your listings to be associated with.
  5. Save changes.
  6. Go to your Products tab.
  7. Bulk select your previously listed products.
  8. Delist them from eBay.
  9. Bulk select them again, and relist.

2. Assign new policy directly inside eBay

After you bulk listed all your products with Nembol, open My eBay, and:

  1. Open your listings.
  2. Bulk select them.
  3. Click on bulk edit.
  4. Shipping policy.
  5. Select the new policy of your choice.
  6. Apply.

Please note: If you wish to use calculated shipping, make your products have both weight and dimensions in their product card.
