Cause
This error indicates that you need to update the return policy you’ve chosen for your listings.
Solution
- Go to the Channels tab.
- Click on eBay settings.
- Scroll down to the “Business Policies” section.
- Make sure that the “Return policy” you picked is updated.

- Once done, save changes and retry the publication.
